Return Policy:

Books are fully refundable until January 21, 2012 without proof of drop and January 28, 2012 with proof of drop.

YOU MUST HAVE YOUR RECEIPT in order to get a full refund.

New books must be in NEW CONDITION.

Shrink-wrapped books must be in the shrink-wrap.

Books returned during our normal return period but were purchased with a check are subject to a 7 day waiting period.

Books purchased by credit card will be refunded to THAT CARD, which must be present upon the return.

Rentals are not eligible for a full refund.

If your books do not meet the above criteria you will not be offered a full refund.

Please read your syllabus. Even if you were helped, you are responsible for making sure you have the right book.
