At Big Dog, we want you to get exactly the right book for your class. We will go out of our way to help you return and exchange textbooks when you have changed classes, a book is cancelled, or you just don't feel like you need the book your teacher requested.
We do, unfortunately, have to put a time limit on returns for a full refund, as well as some other restrictions. These rules are to protect your ability to have access to our largest selection of used books in the first couple weeks of class and, also, to make sure that we are here next semester to serve you again.
