Returns:

• Books are fully refundable until January 23, 2010 without proof of drop and January 30, 2010 with proof of drop.
  
• YOU MUST HAVE YOUR RECEIPT in order to get a full refund.
  
• New books must be in NEW CONDITION.
  
• Shrink-wrapped books must be in the shrink-wrap.
  
• Books returned during our normal return period but were purchased with a check are subject to a 7 day waiting period.
  
• Books purchased by credit card will be refunded to THAT CARD, which must be present upon the return.
  
• Rentals are not eligible for a full refund.
  
• If your books do not meet the above criteria you will not be offered a full refund.
  
• Please read your syllabus. Even if you were helped, you are responsible for making sure you have the right book.
